Job Duties / 职位描述:

  1. To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows with sales strategy.

  2. Develop and expand new sales channel, new accounts.

  3. Implement sales work by telephone, email, exhibition onsite and other multiple ways; provide promotion, sales proposals independently or within team

  4. To prepare accurate and timely reports.
    制作准确及时的销售报告;
  5. To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget.
    制定并执行切实可行的销售计划以达成项目预期;
  6. To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure customers’ satisfactory level is high.
    向客户提供优质的售后服务及展会现场服务以确保达成客户的高满意度;
  7. To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level.
    与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系,确保客户再预订率达到公司预期;
  8. To record all sales in the CRM program provided.
    在客户信息管理系统中及时录入销售数据

Experience required / 岗位要求

  1. Bachelor degree , 1+ years proven tracking record of sales position in the event industry1年相关会展行业销售经验,销售业绩突出者优先

Job Duties:

  1. Liaise closely with staff across the conference production, marketing, and operations teams
  2. To identify prospective clients by monitoring internal and external publications, websites, competitive exhibitions and conferences
  3. To achieve 100% of sales team target for assigned shows with sales strategy.
  4. To hold regular weekly meeting for the project sales team to review and set the target for the next week sales revenue
  5. To guide and train sales executives to achieve the sales target
  6. To manage the accounts of both new and existing clients across the world
  7. To attend various conferences / exhibitions both in China and overseas as necessary
  8. To negotiate and draw up the sponsor contracts for the sale within company guidelines requirement
  9. To Interview and write marketing copy
  10. To Analyze and report on all marketing efforts to influence future events and new marketing strategies
  11. Assist in on-site conference operations when required

Experience Required

  1. Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in sales management
  2. International Exhibition/Event sales experience is essential
  3. Excellent written and oral English
  4. Skilled in MS Office like Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
  5. Work under pressure. Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and business writing skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a competitive fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  1. Researching for the event topic and make needs analysis through telephoning with corporate senior leaders;
  2. Structuring the event agenda based on the research results, including the topics, target markets and speaker candidates;
  3. Deeply discussing with speakers for the topic and case studies through telephone;
  4. Keeping contact and relationship with speakers to make sure the presence;
  5. Chairing the event and controlling the time and process;
  6. Cooperating with sales, marketing and operation functions to make sure that the event is running smoothly;
  7. Controlling the whole process of the project and finishing your own job before the deadline.

Experience required:

  1. Possess excellent communication (written and oral) , and analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  2. Be able to work under high pressure;
  3. Take initiative and result oriented;
  4. Ambitious to seek the excellence of program quality, and also seek for better development and growth within the organization;
  5. Good command in English, CET 6 is preferred;
  6. Bachelor degree, 1+ years production position in the event industry is preferred.

  4. To manage and evaluate the integrated marketing campaigns involving Social Media (Wechat, Linkedin, Facebook and etc), SEO, SEM, Press release and etc for respective events by collecting and analyzing data.
  5. To maintain the partner database and manage overall media/associations relationships with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage and it is activities across all available media
  6. To manage the research and analysis including industry trend, competitors updates and etc for the decisions of corporate level.

Job Responsibilities / 工作描述

  1. 通过同类杂志、展会及网络等途径搜寻目标客户,开发新的有效客户资源,联系跟进并建立合作
  2. 现有客户的日常维护和沟通,保证一定比例的续约率
  3. 每天做好客户的联系记录,积级维护好客情关系,及时推荐和跟进新项目并促成合作根据年度销售计划和推广方案,协助完成各项目相关销售指标
  4. 敢于面对挑战,性格开朗,心态平和。能够承受一定工作压力,工作积极主动,团队协作意识强
  5. 保证各类款项及时到账,相关数据准确录入系统
  6. 与各部门的配合工作及上级交付的其它相关工作内容

Experience Requirement / 岗位要求:

  1. 大专及以上学历,优秀应届毕业生优先考虑考
  2. 良好的英语听说读写能力,较强的客户开发能力, CET-6及以上水平者优
  3. 有媒体类的(展会、平媒)销售经验优先;掌握一定的销售技巧,有外企相关工作经验者优先
  4. 熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel、PPT等office办公软件,了解并会简单的使用Photoshop
  5. 良好的沟通能力和应变能力,良好的团队协作精神及责任感
