Why Saudi Arabia?
On March 4-5 of 2024, the 1st edition of Saudi Arabia Green Energy Week saw great success in Riyadh, with 15 exhibitors, 50 speakers, and 450 attendees. The event focused on Saudi Arabia’s solar PV, energy storage and green hydrogen advancements, aligning with the country’s broader Vision 2030 goals. Participants from around the world discussed large-scale solar projects like the Sudair Solar Plant, which is set to significantly increase the Kingdom’s renewable energy capacity.
Discussions also highlighted NEOM’s groundbreaking green hydrogen project, one of the world’s largest, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s leadership in clean hydrogen production.
Building on this success, the 2025 edition “Saudi Arabia Green Energy Week 2025” will return with a focus on the latest advancements in Solar PV/Wind Power/Energy Storage and Green Hydrogen, offering deeper insights into the rapidly evolving landscape of Saudi Arabia’s renewable energy efforts. It promises to bring together even more experts, policymakers, and investors to explore future opportunities in this critical market.
